Ingredients:

  • 70 grams Smoked Ham, sliced
  • 70 grams Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Red Onions
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Procedure:

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

2. Add shredded cabbage, ham and onions. Toss well.

3. Serve chilled.
