This Ground Beef in Thai Yellow Sauce is a combination of the juicy beef and different spices that creates a rich and fragrant meal. The curry paste makes the yellow sauce with a kick of red chilies at the end. Plus, it’s easy to make, it won’t take you 30 minutes to do it.

An extremely flavorful dish that will be a sure hit to every keto-ers!


Preparation / cooking time: 20 minutes

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

¼ Red Onions, chopped

150g Ground Beef

1 Garlic clove, minced

1 tsp Ginger, minced

â…› tsp Turmeric Powder

â…› tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Yellow Curry Paste

50g Broccoli Florets

¼ cup Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Fish Sauce

1 Tbsp fresh Basil, chopped

¼ Lemon Juice

1 Red Chili, chopped

 

Procedure:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, over medium heat.

2. Saute onions until translucent.

3. Add ground beef.

4. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.

5. Season with turmeric powder, cumin seed, and yellow curry paste. Mix the beef mixture until well combined.

6. Add the broccoli florets.

7. Add the tomato sauce.

8. Add the fish sauce.

9. Add the chopped fresh basil and squeeze the lemon juice. Allow it to simmer for a few minutes.

10. Lastly, add the red chilies. Serve while hot.
