Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Diced Rotiserrie Chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded Romaine
  • 1/4 Cherry Tomatoes, halved

For the dressing

  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • pinch of Black Pepper
  • pinch Salt

Procedure:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.

2. Toss in all remaining ingredients.
