Hemp hearts or hemp seeds as others refer to it has a mild and nutty flavor. They contain essential fatty acids. They have a great balance of protein and fats. It’s a great replacement for your oats if you are used to eating it in the morning. Plus, this power-packed porridge also contains flax seeds which are another nutritious ingredient popular to keto diet.

Ingredients:

¼ cup Hemp Hearts

2 tbsp Coconut Flour

1 tbsp Flax Seeds

½ cup Almond Milk

1 tbsp Chopped Walnuts

1 tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

 

Procedure:

  1. Stir together hemp hearts, coconut flour, flax seeds, and almond milk in a heat-proof bowl. Set in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.

2. Top with sugar-free maple syrup and chopped walnuts.
