Just a few ingredients needed which are chia seeds, flax seeds, almond milk, almond nuts, and blueberries. Flax seeds are a rich source of healthy fat, anti-oxidant and fiber. Chia seeds’ benefits are almost the same and it is considered a “superfood”. They both have essential nutrients needed by our bodies so this is a great morning meal.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serving: 1 

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

2 Tbsp flax seeds

1 Tbsp chia seeds

6 almonds

¼ cup blueberries

 

Procedure:

  1. In a small bowl, add almond milk.

2. Then add flax seeds.

3. Add chia seeds.

4. Lastly, add almonds.

5. Mix the ingredients until well combined.

6. Transfer in a jar and chill overnight. Serve with blueberries.
