You can turn this into a stunning appetizer platter, filling it with some of the best ingredients such as spinach, egg, salami slices, cucumber, and olives. Don’t forget the olive oil and salt for some added taste, and of course, mayonnaise on the side for some dressing.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 Egg, boiled, cut in half
  • 5 Salami Slices
  • 6 Olives
  • 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. Cucumber, cut into circles
  • 2 tsp. Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

  1. On a plate, place the spinach and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt to taste.

2. Now layer the cucumber circles and salami slices.

3. Add 1 egg and olives.

4. Serve with 1 tbsp mayonnaise and enjoy it.
