Ingredients:

  • 150 grams Smoked Salmon, shredded
  • 25 grams fresh Spinach
  • ½ Carrot, peeled
  • ½ small Red Pepper, deseeded
  • 25 grams Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ Scallions
  • 15 grams Walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, to serve

Procedure:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Get the jar and place the shredded smoked salmon inside the jar.

3. Then, add the fresh spinach.

4. Slice the peeled carrots and add them to the jar after the spinach.

5. Slice the red pepper and add it to the jar.

6. Halved the cherry tomatoes and add to the jar.

7. Chop the scallions and add them to the jar. Add the walnuts too.

8. Cover the jar and consume with mayonnaise upon serving.
