Ingredients:
- ½ tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 oz. Bacon, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp. Green onion, the greens
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 2 oz. Cheese, cut into small cubes
- ½ Tomato, sliced into
- 1 lettuce leaf
Procedure:
- In a pan, add olive oil and turn on medium-high heat. Once heated, add the bacon. Cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add green onions and cook 5 more minutes.
3. Pour the beaten eggs and cook 3 minutes.
4. Add the cheese.
5. Close the omelet. Cook 2 minutes and flip. Cook for 1 more minute.
6. Serve a lettuce leaf and tomato slices. Enjoy!
