For this quick dish, you’ll be combining ground beef, egg, red pepper, celery, some seasonings and lastly, macadamia nuts. Flavorful with a crunch on every bite because of the macadamia. The nuts add more life and extra flavor to this meal. You also do not have to worry about the carbs since this recipe has few amounts of carbs which makes it ideal for a keto diet.

Servings: 2 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 150 grams ground beef
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • ¼ red pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp macadamia nuts
  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • Salt, to taste

Procedure:

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet. Add olive oil.

2. Add the ground beef and cook for a few minutes.

3. Add the eggs and stir-fry it with the ground beef.

4. Add and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.

5. Now, add red pepper and celery.

6. Add the macadamia nuts. Mix it until well combined.

7. Season it with coconut aminos and salt. Cook until the beef and vegetables are tender. Serve.
