Pancakes are usually served in the morning but this dish can actually be served during snack time too. The sweetness of the berries compote compliments well with the flavor of the pancake. The level of sweetness is just right. It’s so yummy that you would want to have another bite after you’ve finished the whole thing!

Making both the pancake and the berries compote are very easy. Just combine all of the ingredients for the pancake and cook after. The same goes for the compote.

Truly, a perfect snack treat for your sweet tooth cravings.
