2 Eggs, boil, grated
1 tbsp. Sour Cream
1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
½ Avocado, mashed
2-3 Basil leaves, chopped
2 tbsp. grated parmesan
Black pepper and Salt
4 Lettuce leaves
4 Green Olives (optional, the net carbs won’t change)
Procedure:
- In a bowl add the grated boiled egg.

3. Add mayonnaise.
4. Add chopped basil.
5. Add the mashed avocado.
6. Add parmesan.
7. Mix well to combine. Taste and if you like, season black pepper and salt.
8. Serve over lettuce leaves and 4 green olives.
