Prawns have got to be one of the best seafood, I must say. You can do a lot of recipes from it and it’s very easy to prepare.

Butter, hoisin, black pepper, ginger and prawns is a classic combination of flavors. A few ingredients needed for this dish and can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. Hoisin sauce is perfect for marinade and stir-frys. It has a thick, sweet and salty taste that blends well with prawns. And of course, butter. Prawns + butter is always a good idea.

You can serve this dish as a lunch meal or better at dinner time and it will surely be a delectable treat after a long day!

Ingredients:

100 grams Prawns, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp Butter

1 tsp Cracked Black Peppercorns

1 tsp Ginger, minced

1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce

1.5 tsp Sesame Seeds

Spring Onions for garnish

 

Procedure:

  1. Heat butter in a pan.

2. Add ginger and black pepper. Saute until aromatic.

3. Add prawns and stir for 1-2 minutes.

4. Stir in hoisin sauce.

5. Top with sesame seeds and spring onions to serve.
