Ingredients:

For the Italian Salsa Verde:

  • ¼ cup fresh Parsley and fresh Basil
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 fillets of Anchovies
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice

For the Lamb Steak:

  • 2 tsp Olive Oil, for cooking
  • 400 grams Lamb Steaks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Kale, to serve

Procedure:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for the Italian Salsa Verde.

2. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor.

3. Process until well combined. Set aside.

4. Season lamb steaks with salt and pepper. Then, heat a pan and add the olive oil.

5. Add the steaks and cook for 2-4 minutes each side or depends on the doneness you prefer.

6. Flip carefully and cook the other side of the steak.

7. Place on a serving plate.

8. Add the salsa over the steaks.

9. Serve with fresh kale and enjoy.
