Ingredients:
For the Pork Fajita:
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, for cooking
- 150 grams pork slices
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cumin seed
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
For the Lettuce Wrap:
- 25 grams Romaine lettuce
- ¼ red onions, sliced
- ¼ red pepper, sliced
- 4 lemon slices, to serve
Procedure:
- Using a non-stick pan, heat olive oil.
