Ingredients:

  • 2 Bacon, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Spring onions, chopped (the greens)
  • 1 cup Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 4 small cauliflower florets
  • 6 Small Broccoli florets
  • 3oz. Heavy Cream
  • 1 slice of Cheese
  • ½ tsp. Thyme
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ½ tbsp. Cooking Oil

Procedure:

  1. Preheat the oven to 390F. In a pan add cooking oil and place over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and green onions. Cook for 3 minutes.

2. Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes, or until browned.

3. Season with thyme, black pepper, and salt.

4. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Stir frequently.

5. Add the broccoli and cauliflower. Stir. Cook for 5 minutes.

6. Pour heavy cream and cook for 3 minutes.

7. Transfer into a single-serving baking dish top with a slice of cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serve.
