Grilled, baked, fried pork is always a good way to go, but what if it is stuffed with cheese? It is even better! Plus, when rolled with bacon, it gives additional flavor and juiciness. This is a very easy recipe. Just make sure to roll it well so that the cheese doesn’t melt.
This dish can be eaten during lunch or dinner. It is loaded with meat so you will really feel full afterward. This stuffed pork is so good you wouldn’t think you’re still on a diet. But that’s the good thing about keto, you can still enjoy your favorite foods, especially bacon!
Serve with cauliflower puree and you’re good to go. A perfect pair indeed!

Ingredients:
- 5 oz. pieces of Pork Butt
- 2 oz. Cheese
- 7 Bacon slices, very thin
- 2 oz. Cauliflower
- 1 tbsp. Milk
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- ½ tbsp. Cooking Oil
Procedure:
- Place the meat on a plastic wrap.
2. Cover with another and pound until very thin. Be careful because it can tear apart. Season with salt.
3. Add the cheese slices and with the help of the plastic wrap close it well. Pound the edges in the process.
4. Now layer the bacon slices as shown in the image. Place the meat in the middle.
5. Roll the meat with the bacon.
6. In a grill pan over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, add the stuffed pork and cook for 10 minutes, 5 minutes per side. Cook more if needed.
7. In the meantime, boil the cauliflower until tender.
8. Transfer in a food processor, add milk and season with black pepper and salt. Blend until you get a smooth puree.
9. Serve the meat with a scoop of the cauliflower puree and enjoy it!
