Missing eating your favorite pasta? How about making a Bolognese which is real comfort food? Try this dish that is filled with many nutritious ingredients.
This pasta uses zucchini and pumpkin noodles so it’s very healthy, unlike the usual spaghetti noodles we use. Both vegetables are a good choice when on keto. Just make sure to watch out on the quantity of the veggies per serving.
Truly, this is a flavorful dish that you can also serve for the whole family!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. chopped Onion
1/2 Carrot, grated
5 oz. Ground Beef
2 oz. crushed Tomatoes, no sugar added
¼ Zucchini
1 oz. Pumpkin cut into noodles
2 – 3 Basil leaves
Black pepper and salt
1 tbsp. Parmesan for serving
Procedure:
- In a pan, add olive oil. Heat over medium-high.
2. Add the chopped carrots and onion.
3. Add the ground beef and cook while stirring about 5 minutes. Season with black pepper and salt.
4. Mix well.
5. Add crushed tomatoes and stir.
6. Add basil.
7. Add zucchini and pumpkin noodles.
8. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
9. Serve topped with Parmesan. Enjoy!
