Ingredients:
½ Lettuce, chopped (tearing it is ok too)
2 oz. Smoked chicken, cut into pieces
2 tbsp. Green beans, canned
1 oz. Green Olives, chopped
½ Avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. Olive oil
Salt to taste
Procedure:
- Tear the lettuce and place in a bowl. Season with salt.
2. Add smoked chicken.
3. Add green beans.
4. Add chopped green olives.
5. Add avocado and drizzle with olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
