This Keto Bacon & Spinach with Chicken & Cheese is one of those quality dishes that you can quickly make at home. In just 30 minutes, you can have a delicious and healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 slice Bacon, chopped
  • 2 Chicken Thighs, 100 grams each thigh
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 25 grams Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Feta Cheese

Procedure:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Heat the pan and add olive oil.

3. Add the chopped bacon and cook until a little crispy. Set aside.

4. Using the same pan, add chicken thighs.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Cook the chicken until well done. Transfer on a plate.

7. Using the same pan, melt the butter.

8. Add and saute garlic.

9. Add and saute spinach until just wilted.

10. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and feta cheese. Mix until well combined.

11. Pour mixture over the cooked chicken thighs and top it with crispy bacon.
