Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 125 grams Sirloin Steak, sliced
- ¼ tsp Paprika
- ¼ tsp Chili Powder
- â…“ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ¼ tsp dried Oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ Lemon Juice
- 25 grams Red and Green Peppers, sliced thinly
- 25 grams White Onions, sliced thinly
- 1 Tbsp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise, to serve
Procedure:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Heat the pan and add the olive oil.
3. Add the steak slices.
4. Season with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, dried oregano, and salt. Squeeze lemon juice over the steak.
5. Cook each side of the steak for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add peppers and white onions and continue cooking until veggies are tender.
7. Serve into a plate.
8. Shred cheddar cheese over the steak slices. Serve with mayonnaise.
