Ingredients:
- 150 grams Pork Belly
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 small Zucchini, sliced
- Salt, to taste
Procedure:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Heat the pan and add the pork belly slices.
3. Add and melt the butter.
4. Cook and brown the pork.
5. Add and saute the garlic.
6. Add parmesan cheese and heavy cream.
7. Add water and zucchini slices.
8. Season the mixture with salt.
9. Continue cooking until pork is thoroughly cooked and zucchini is tender.
10. Serve on a plate.
