Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 50 grams of Green Beans, sliced
- 2 Tbsp White Onions, diced
- 1 Garlic clove, minced
- ½ tsp Ginger, minced
- 150 grams Pork Belly slices
- ½ Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Scallions, chopped
Procedure:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Heat a pan and add olive oil.
3. Add the green beans and cook until bright green in color.
4. Add and saute the onions, garlic, and ginger.
5. Add the pork belly slices and season with coconut aminos.
6. Stir and cook until the belly slices are slightly brown in color.
7. Season with chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
8. Serve and garnish with scallions.
