So, when you want to have something refreshing and filling, go for a berry smoothie. Plus, this recipe requires just a couple of ingredients.
Making a smoothie is not something new, but making it low carb and keto-friendly is something not familiar to everybody. There are certain fruits that are safe to eat while on keto, and berries are one of them. For this recipe, we combine strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and other nutritious ingredients to make a powerful smoothie which we call Keto Berry Smoothie.

Ingredients:
- ½ cup Coconut Milk
- 3 – 4 Strawberries, frozen
- 1 oz. Raspberries, frozen
- 2 Blackberries. Frozen
- 1 tsp. Currant, red
- 2 tsp. Almond, ground
- 1 tsp. Chia seeds
- ½ tsp. Flax seeds
Procedure:
- In a blender add the milk and add the almonds.
2. Add the chia and flax seeds.
3. Add the berries and blend until very smooth and serve. Top with berries, mint leaves, and ground almonds and serve.
