Ingredients:

5 oz Pork butt, cut into pieces

2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

¼ Carrot, cut into strips

¼ sweet red pepper, cut into strips

¼ sweet green pepper, cut into strips

1 cup Cabbage

Black pepper and Salt

1 tsp. Sesame seeds

½ tsp. Ginger

 

Procedure:

  1. In a saucepan add water and add the pork butt pieces. Let it simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2. Once the meat is cooked well, in a pan add cooking oil.

3. Add the meat and cook until browned for 5 minutes.

4. Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Now add the sliced green and red sweet peppers.

6. Add sesame seeds and cook for 10 minutes.

7. Finally, add the chopped cabbage.

8. Season with ginger and cook until softened, about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
