Ingredients:
- 70 grams Smoked Ham, sliced
- 70 grams Shredded Cabbage
- 1 tbsp Chopped Red Onions
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1.5 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Procedure:
- Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Add shredded cabbage, ham and onions. Toss well.
3. Serve chilled.
