Ingredients:

  • 4 cups, Lettuce, torn
  • 1 oz. Red Onion
  • 3 Pickles, sliced into circles
  • 1 can Sardine, drained from the oil
  • ½ Lemon the Juice
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • ½ Lemon for serving

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, add the lettuce. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt.

2. Add the onion and pickles.

3. Add the sardine.

4. Top with lemon and serve.
