This lunch box contains spinach, egg, tuna, pumpkin seeds, and lemon. Spinach is a powerhouse vegetable that offers a lot of benefits in our body. It’s delicious too and can be very versatile as you can combine it with different dishes. Just like spinach, there are also a lot of ways to use tuna. But it’s perfect for salad toppings. The great thing about it is it’s high in protein and fat, exactly what we need on keto. Pumpkin seeds, on the other hand, are high in vitamins and minerals like zinc, magnesium, and manganese. These are low carb too so it’s ideal for keto. While eggs are a staple during breakfast, it can be included in your meals too any time of the day.

Ingredients:

  • 25 grams Spinach
  • 120 grams Tuna, canned in oil
  • 2 boiled Eggs, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3 wedges of Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise, to serve

Procedure:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Place the fresh spinach to one side of the lunch box.

3. Then, add the tuna.

4. Add the sliced boiled eggs.

5. Lastly, add the pumpkin seeds.

6. Garnish it with lemon wedges.

7. Serve with mayonnaise when consuming.
