These tuna patties are a great alternative to the beef burger patties we got used to. It’s really delicious and it’s a good way to enjoy a snack. You can even serve these if you have visitors and I’m sure everyone will enjoy even if they aren’t doing keto.
The green onions, fresh dill, mayonnaise and egg in this recipe gave these patties more flavor. Wrapping it up with a hint of lemon is a great idea to enhance the flavor as well.
You can prepare this ahead of time and put leftovers in the fridge to be consumed later on, and it would still be as good. Although freshly made ones are always the best!

Ingredients:
200 grams Tuna, canned, drain
1 Tbsp Almond Flour
½ green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh Dill, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Egg
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil, for cooking
Procedure:
- In a bowl with drained tuna, add the almond flour.
2. Then, add the green onions.
3. Add the fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add mayonnaise.
5. Add egg.
6. Squeeze the lemon juice.
7. Mix the mixture until well combined. Form it into small patties. Ready your non-stick pan, heat over medium heat and add oil.
8. Add the tuna patties.
9. Flip it carefully so it will not break.
10. Serve with some mayonnaise (optional)
