- 2 cups Lettuce, torn
- 1 cup Spinach leaves
- 5 oz. Cheese, cut into sticks
- ½ Avocado, cut into slices
- 5 oz. Pork deli
- 2 oz. Tomato cubes
- ¼ cup Cauliflower, grated
- ½ tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Procedure:
- In a bowl, add the lettuce and spinach.

3. Add grated cauliflower, tomato pieces, and avocado. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt to taste.
