Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 30 grams Smoked Salmon
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Scallions
  • Black Pepper, to taste

 

Procedure:

  1. Whisk together eggs, cream, and butter in a microwave-safe dish.

2. Set in the microwave at 15-second intervals, stirring with a fork every time, until eggs are set.

 

3. Fold in smoked salmon.
