This delicious Keto Choco Peanut Butter Porridge is a combination of two amazing flavors. It’s similar to oats and it’s very satisfying. We definitely can’t get enough of this meal that is good as a snack or even as a breakfast bowl!

For those who are new on the ketogenic diet, one of the foods that you need to avoid is oatmeal and anything that has oats in it. Oatmeal is grain-derived and has high carb content so it’ not suitable for keto. The good news is, there are lots of alternatives to it. So when you miss eating oats, you can make your own “oatmeal bowl” with no oats.

This recipe is a perfect example and you only need 5 ingredients to make it. Aside from chocolate (sugar-free) and peanut butter, it includes textured vegetable protein, almond milk, and flax seeds. The latter ingredients mentioned are rich in nutrients and are a great addition to your keto diet. They are most definitely low-carb making them an ideal option.

For people that are always in a hurry, this porridge is one of the best recipes you’ve got. It will heat up nicely in the microwave and it will be ready in just a few minutes. Very tasty and it’s like you are eating real oats!
