This is one of my favorite quick treats. Imagine having a chocolate cake in just 10 minutes? That’s fast but definitely possible. Plus, you do not need to be a baker in order for you to do this. This recipe is very handy also for people who are always in a hurry.
So you might be wondering too, why chocolate? Isn’t that bad for keto? Let me tell you, there are different kinds of chocolate and you just have to choose the right one. Avoid milk chocolate and the likes, and go for dark chocolate or unsweetened cocoa powder. Do not forget to read the label every time to make sure you are eating the right one.

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 2 tsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 ½ Tbsp Erythritol
- ½ tsp of Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Egg
For the toppings:
- ¼ cup Whipped Cream
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips
Procedure:
- Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Add all the ingredients to the mug.
3. Mix until well combined. Microwave for 75 seconds.
4. Slice the bread.
5. Add whipped cream and chocolate chips as toppings for extra flavor.
