- 1 Tbsp Erythritol
- ¼ tsp of Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg
- ¼ tsp Lemon Rind, as toppings
Procedure:
- Prepare all the ingredients.

3. Add all the ingredients to the mug.
4. Mix until well combined.
5. Top it with lemon rind and microwave for 90 seconds.
